💡 An honor to contribute to Farm Weekly’s article showcasing the boundless potential of WAs agriculture startups as part of the amazing AgriStart HARVEST accelerator.
I talk about the importance of space startups engaging with ag customers early in the development of their solutions. The collaboration between space technology and agriculture holds so much promise, and involving farmers and stakeholders from the outset is crucial – both for industry and the customer!
Early engagement fosters a deeper understanding of the potential applications of space technology. At QL Space, the early input and feedback we’ve had from the ag industry has been invaluable in ultimately leading to the development of solutions that are more user-friendly, scalable, and impactful.
The space industry as a whole must continue to work together to do better when it comes to effectively demonstrating and communicating the benefits of space technology for earth – thank you to Innovation Cluster and Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development (DPIRD) for helping to make these conversations possible.
